I have a heavy heart today ~ a problem's on my mind. I want to see God's chosen way, but fear has left me blind. It seems this situation is too much for me to bear. I need the shelter found in the Almighty's loving care. And so I kneel and give to God this burden on my heart. I pray He'll give me wisdom now to handle every part. So, as I lift my burden to His heav'nly throne above, My heart is calm and flooded with His gentleness and love. It gives me comfort knowing He will take my every care, and lead me to a peaceful place where rest is waiting there. For God has promised peace to me if only I would ask; and He will give me self-restraint and meekness for his task.
