I must make myself a promise to fill each day with those goals and those joys I am so longing to live out, as though it were my one big chance, my last day to enjoy life . . . my last hurrah. I shan't procrastinate! I must achieve my marks! I must enjoy my friends. I must show my love, so that one day I won't turn and look behind me at my grown children, my lost friends, an my spent life as a dying seed that, had it been nurtured, could have flowered and multiplied unto itself into a forest of joy-filled memories. That I might start today, let me remember my goal by the recitation of the word LIVE!
